• Purpose of processing: To identify you, create a personalized price offer, register your booking, and communicate with you.

2.2. Mandatory Accommodation Data Reporting (NTAK)

In accordance with current Hungarian legislation (specifically Act CLVI of 2016), the accommodation provider is required to transmit specified personal data (e.g., name, place/date of birth, address, ID document number) of all guests to the National Tourist Data Supply Centre (NTAK) via the "Vendégem" software. We must refuse accommodation if you decline to provide this data.

2.3. Spam Protection (hCaptcha)

We use the hCaptcha service to protect our booking form. This service analyzes your behavior (e.g., mouse movements, IP address) to distinguish humans from bots.

• Purpose of processing: To ensure the security of the website and filter unsolicited messages (spam).
• Legal Basis: The legitimate interest of the Data Controller (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Data Processors

The Data Controller uses the following data processors for data management:

• Email System Provider: E-mails you send pass through our email system.
• hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.): For spam protection on the form.
• Hungarian Tourism Agency (NTAK): Recipient of the mandatory accommodation data.

• Data from inquiries is stored until the offer expires, or for a maximum of 1 year.
• Accounting documents (invoices) related to actual bookings are retained for the legally required period of 8 years.
• Data reported to NTAK is retained for the period specified by law.
